Our history
In August 2022, three industry leaders merged to better serve the needs of physicians, payers, patients, and caregivers alike. Bringing together the value-based care expertise of Fresenius Health Partners, the legacy InterWell Health’s unrivaled network of physician partners, and the innovative data and analytics of Cricket Health, the new Interwell Health makes providing quality kidney care smarter and easier, yielding better patient outcomes.
In September 2022, Interwell Health further built out its vision for the future of kidney care with the acquisition of Acumen Physician Solutions, the leading provider of electronic health record and patient management software designed especially for nephrologists caring for people with chronic kidney disease.
